Eleven Rings Warranty Policy/Guidelines

All Eleven Rings products are covered by manufacturing Defect warranty. We provide warranty as per terms and conditions mentioned below:

Terms & Conditions

  1. Proof of purchase in the form of invoice (irrespective of the sales channel) is required to be presented for availing warranty services.
  2. The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product & it is at the sole discretion of Eleven rings.
  3. All our products are covered for manufacturing defects and the warranty coverage of the products extends till 6 months from the date of purchase mentioned in the invoice. The warranty coverage shall be limited only to provide repairs & rectification of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent condition device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
  4. If the issue is not resolved over a call or an e-mail, Eleven Rings will request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with the Eleven Rings customer service team. The customer is, however, responsible for all efforts & costs of getting the defective product to Eleven Rings including, but not limited to, the cost & efforts of packaging, shipping & applicable taxes. Eleven Rings will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship your product to us.
  5. Eleven rings shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Eleven Rings’ products. Eleven Rings shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of Eleven Rings Product, if applicable.
  6. Eleven Rings will replace or repair the defective Product (deemed defective as per the terms and conditions of the warranty) within a reasonable period of time, at its own discretion. We respectfully reserves the right to determine the nature of the defects, whether or not the problem is covered by Eleven Ring’s warranty and the applicability of the warranty.
  7. If a product that is out of warranty, reflects a technical issue & customer wants to avail the services, customer must incur a certain amount of charges.
  8. If any coloured internal or external components are to be replaced, there will be an effort to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer’s unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at the customer’s request will be on a chargeable basis except the component replaced under warranty.
  9. If the packaging of your order seems to have been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to take the order.
  10. In case of product replacement within the warranty period, the product warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date.

Eleven Rings Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases.

  1. In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures. Wear and tear that occurs due to regular usage of the device will also not be covered under warranty.
  2. This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period of 6 Months (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason.
  3. Deterioration or peeling of the colour of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.

Disclaimer:

The Eleven Rings shall require personal information such as name, mobile gender, order id, email address for processing of warranty requests and Eleven Rings would use such personal information for providing warranty and other allied services only. The Customer agrees that the personal information shared with the Eleven Rings is out of their own free will and consent and the Eleven Rings team can use the same for warranty and other allied services. In case the customer wants to update, erase or correct any personal information shared by Customer earlier with Eleven Rings, the Customer can do so by emailing the relevant request on svgrievances@gmail.com. In case of any grievances with respect to personal information, customer can reach out to Eleven Rings as per contact details mentioned above.
Any disputes arising out of the applicability/usage of this warranty card is subject to Indian laws and the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
